Soil conditions: An alluvial soil, rich in nutritionand minerals. A mixture between mud and chalk.
Vinification: The grapes for this wine are 100% Cabernet Franc. After harvesting, they are separated from the stalks, then fermented in a cement tank and finally elaborated for 11 months in a large wooden cask
Sensory characteristics: Though our cabernet is still beingrefined, we can say that it has a fine taste of Wildberrys and pepper.
Goes well with: ts perfect for every type of meat, especially for lamb, wild meat and grilled meats, and sits nice along side matured cheese.
Serving temperature: 18°-20° C
