Soil conditions: An alluvial soil rich innutrition and minerals. A mixture between mud and chalk.
Vinification: After the harvesting the grapes are pressed and then fermented atcontrolled temperatures and matured in stainless steel for almost 8 months.
Sensory characteristics: Nice fruity note and a good taste to drink.
Fragrance: Fruity notes of Peaches and other exotic fruits: Pineapple, Banana andMelon
Taste: Dry wine with the rightamount on acidity and fine bubbles.
Goes well with: Nice as an Aperitif wine. But also as a wine for warm and cold entrees, like fish or white meat.
