Soil conditions: An alluvial soil, rich in nutritions and minerals. It’s a mixture between mud and chalk
Vinification: After harvesting the grapes are separated from the stalks, then fermented in a Cement tank and finally elaborated for 11 months in a large wooden cask
Sensory characteristics: Though our Lagrein is still being refined, we can say it has elegant cherry notes and a fine taste of plum jam
Goes well with: Meat, wild meat and a variety of cheeses
Serving temperature: 17°-20° C
